Privacy Policy
Hyperhythmic Holdings UK Ltd. (“Hyperhythmic”, “we”, “us”), registered office 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, is the controller of personal data collected through the website at hyperhythmic.ai (the “Site”) and through business correspondence with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. What we collect
- Correspondence. When you email us or request access to capacity, we receive your name, email address, organisation, and whatever you include in the message, such as workload, scale and timeline requirements.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit the Site, including IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, for security and operational purposes.
The Site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
2. Why we use it and on what basis
- To respond to enquiries and negotiate and perform contracts for compute services — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and performance of a contract.
- To operate, secure and maintain the Site — on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure service.
- To comply with legal obligations, including company, tax and sanctions requirements — on the basis of legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
3. Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, such as hosting, email and document services;
- professional advisers where necessary, such as legal and accounting;
- regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where required by law;
- a purchaser or successor in the event of a corporate transaction, subject to this policy.
4. International transfers
We operate sites in the United Kingdom and the United States, and use service providers that may process data outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK we rely on adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the life of that relationship plus the period required by law. Server logs are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider for security purposes.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have data erased in certain circumstances;
- restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on contract or consent;
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any right, email hello@hyperhythmic.ai. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), though we would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top indicates when it was last changed.
